This is the heart of the work, releasing old emotional pain, dissolving limiting beliefs, and beginning to understand the patterns that have shaped your life. Sessions are gentle but can be profound. You'll have support in between.

A free clarity call
We start with a 30-minute conversation to make sure this is the right fit. You share what's going on, I listen, and we decide together whether and how to work together.
Integration and forward vision
As the deeper work settles, we focus on consolidating what's shifted and building a clear, grounded sense of who you are now and where you're heading.

Understanding where you are
The first two sessions are about getting to know you and your story, what you're carrying, and what you most want to change. We'll begin to map out a bespoke healing plan together.
Halfway review
We pause to reflect on how far you've come and make sure the remaining sessions are focused on exactly what matters most to you now. Priorities often shift as healing progresses.
A closing integration session
The final session is dedicated to reflection and celebration of how far you've come and a forward-looking plan to carry the work into your life beyond our sessions.

How the healing works. Each session draws on a blend of approaches chosen for you, which may include The Journey Method, Soul Coaching, HART Therapy, Crystal Healing, Angel Card Reading, and guided meditation. You don't need to understand these methods in advance; I'll explain anything as we go.
