Meditation physically reshapes the brain to improve focus, emotional resilience, and overall physiological health by regulating the body's stress response.
Meditation is rooted in self-reflection and self-care. At it’s core, meditation is about stopping and listening, re-programming your awareness and getting a sense of perspective.
A common misconception is that when you meditate you think of nothing, you’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings you are simply listening to your heart. When you meditate you learn to observe thoughts without judgment and start to better understand what is real and what is imagined.

How does group meditation work?
Nicky has run her international meditation groups for 15 years and has also run in person meditations groups for 10 years before that. She guides you gives you time to stop, reset and rest.
The meditations are live streamed in a private Facebook Group at 8 PM on every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month so you can join from anywhere. The sessions are recorded and are available to watch for one month after the live session.
