All sessions are delivered online via Zoom or in person in Bridport, Dorset, United Kingdom unless stated otherwise.
Booking & payment
Sessions must be booked in advance
Payment is required at the time of booking via PayPal
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received
Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand life happens.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule
Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded
Refunds
Refunds are not usually offered once a session has taken place. If there’s an issue, please reach out, we’ll always aim to resolve things fairly.
